Inbox Quick Filters
Use one-click filters to instantly view Unassigned, Mine, Snoozed, or Starred conversations.
Inbox Quick Filters
Quick filters are one-click presets above the filter controls in the Inbox left panel.
| Filter | Shows |
|---|---|
| Unassigned | Open conversations not assigned to any agent |
| Mine | Conversations assigned to you |
| Snoozed | Conversations currently snoozed |
| Starred | Conversations you have starred |
Using quick filters
Click a quick-filter chip to activate it. Click again (or click All) to clear it.
Quick filters combine with status and channel filters — for example you can view Unassigned + Email conversations at the same time.
Starring a conversation
Open a conversation → click ⋯ → Star conversation. Starred conversations persist across sessions.
