Apply colour-coded labels to conversations for visual organisation beyond status and tags.
Conversation Labels
Labels are colour-coded badges you can attach to conversations for richer visual categorisation — separate from tags and status.
Managing labels
Go to Settings → Labels to create, rename, and delete labels. Each label has:
- A name (e.g. "VIP", "Bug", "Feature request")
- A colour picked from a colour wheel
Applying a label
- Open a conversation in Inbox.
- In the right panel, find the Labels section and click + Add label.
- Select from your workspace labels or type to search.
Removing a label
Click the × on any label chip in the right panel.
Filtering by label
Use the label filter in the Inbox left panel to show only conversations with a specific label.
