Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

1. COD Not Applicable

Winora is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform owned and operated by Vasanthi K, trading as Winnoventures. We do not sell physical goods and therefore Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable to any of our products or services.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions on the Winora platform are processed securely online through our payment gateway (PayU). The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • Debit cards
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
  • Net banking
  • Digital wallets

All payments are charged at the time of subscription and processed in Indian Rupees (INR) under the legal name "Vasanthi K".

3. Payment Security

All online transactions are secured with industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. Winora does not store your card details. Payment processing is handled by PayU, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway.
