Terms of Service

By accessing or using Winora ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Winnoventuresprovides a customer communication platform ("Winora") that includes inbox management, AI assistance, automation workflows, analytics, and campaign tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at legal@winora.io.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Accounts may not be shared or transferred without our written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any abusive communication practices
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or disruptive files
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or related systems
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to build a competing product

The Service and all related software, designs, and content are the property of Winnoventures. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription term.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. You grant Winnoventures a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service.

Paid features require a subscription. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Free-tier accounts are subject to usage limits described in our pricing page. We may modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINNOVENTURES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINNOVENTURES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain and delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, under the rules of the Indian Council of Arbitration.

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
