Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions for the Winora platform, owned and operated by Vasanthi K, trading as Winnoventures. All payments are processed under the legal name "Vasanthi K".

You may cancel your subscription at any time through any of the following methods:

• Self-service: Log in to your Winora account, go to Settings → Billing, and click Cancel subscription.
• Email: admin@winnoventures.co.in with your registered email address and the subject line "Cancel Subscription".

Cancellations are processed immediately upon request. The following timelines apply:

• Monthly plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (up to 30 days from cancellation date). You retain full access to all paid features until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• Annual plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual billing period. You retain full access to all paid features until the end of the paid year.
• Trial plans: Cancellations during a free trial take effect immediately. No charge is made.
• Free tier: Free accounts can be closed at any time with immediate effect and no obligations.

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your cancellation request being processed.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or data. Your workspace data is retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, during which you can export your data or reactivate your plan. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.

To request immediate deletion of your account and data, contact us separately at admin@winnoventures.co.in.

For refund eligibility on cancelled subscriptions, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy. In general, cancellations are not eligible for a refund except within the 7-day money-back guarantee window for new subscribers.
