Winora is a 100% digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform owned and operated by Vasanthi K, trading as Winnoventures. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All products and services offered by Winora are delivered electronically over the internet.

2. Delivery of Digital Services

Access to the Winora platform is granted immediately upon successful payment and account creation. There is no physical shipping involved.

  • Delivery method: Online access via web browser at app.winora.dev and via the Winora mobile app.
  • Delivery time: Instant — access is available within minutes of completing your subscription payment.
  • Delivery location: Accessible from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

3. Access Issues

If you are unable to access the service after payment, please contact our support team within 24 hours:

We will resolve access issues within 1 business day of your report.

4. No Physical Shipment

As Winora provides only digital services, the following are not applicable:

  • Physical product packaging
  • Courier or postal delivery
  • Shipping charges or freight costs
  • Delivery tracking numbers
