Publish knowledge base articles to improve AI accuracy and enable self-service.

Training the AI with your knowledge base

The Winora AI uses your published knowledge base articles as its primary source of truth. The more comprehensive your KB, the better the AI performs.

Publishing articles

  1. Go to Knowledge Base in the sidebar.
  2. Click New article.
  3. Write the article in Markdown. Use clear headings and short paragraphs.
  4. Set the Category to group related articles.
  5. Click Publish.

Published articles are immediately available to the AI and visible to customers at your public KB URL.

Writing effective articles

  • Start with the question - title each article as the question a customer would ask.
  • Be specific - vague articles produce vague AI responses.
  • Keep articles focused - one topic per article is better than one long article covering many topics.
  • Update regularly - outdated information leads to wrong AI responses.

Monitoring AI performance

Go to Analytics → AI to see:

  • How often the AI handled conversations without human intervention
  • Which articles were cited most
  • Where the AI escalated to a human

Use this data to identify gaps in your KB and fill them with new articles.
