Changing roles

Owners and Admins can change any Agent or Viewer's role from the Team page. Click the role badge next to the member's name to open a dropdown.

Concurrency limits

Admins can set per-agent maximum concurrent chat limits from the Team page. Click the number in the Chats column to edit it inline.
