Exporting data

Winora lets you export raw data as CSV files for use in spreadsheets, BI tools, or data warehouses.

What can be exported?

Conversations Analytics dashboard CSV
Contacts Contacts page → Export CSV
CSAT responses Analytics → CSAT → Export CSV
Agent performance Analytics → Agents → Export CSV

How to export

  1. Navigate to the relevant page.
  2. Set your filters and date range.
  3. Click Export CSV.
  4. The file downloads immediately.

CSV structure

Exported files include a header row with column names. Date and time fields use ISO 8601 format (UTC). All text fields are UTF-8 encoded.

Large exports

For exports covering more than 10,000 rows, Winora processes the file in the background and emails a download link to your account email address when ready.

Importing contacts

You can also import contacts via CSV. Go to Contacts → Import and upload a file with at minimum a name and email column.
