Search for a customer by email across Stripe and HubSpot from a single screen.
Customer Lookup
The Customer Lookup page (/customer-lookup) lets you type an email address and instantly see that customer's data across all connected integrations — without switching between tools.
Supported integrations
| Integration | Data shown |

| Stripe | Subscription plan, status, renewal date, payment history, last invoice |
| HubSpot | Contact record, lifecycle stage, associated deals |
How to use it
- Go to Customer Lookup in the sidebar.
- Type the customer's email address.
- Click Look up or press Enter.
- Results appear in cards per integration — only integrations that are connected and where the customer is found will show data.
Prerequisites
- Connect Stripe and/or HubSpot in Settings → Integrations.
- The email you search must match the customer's email in the integration.
Use cases
- Agent handling a billing complaint can look up the customer's Stripe plan in seconds.
- Sales rep checking in on a trial can see the customer's HubSpot deal stage alongside their support history.
