Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

WINORA is a SaaS platform owned and operated by Vasanthi K, trading as Winnoventures. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Vasanthi K("Winora", "we", "us") handles subscription cancellations and refund requests for the Winora platform. All payments are processed under the legal name "Vasanthi K". By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Subscription Plans

Winora offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All plans are billed in advance - monthly plans on the same date each month, annual plans once per year. A free tier is also available with no payment required.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at admin@winnoventures.co.in.

  • Monthly plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date.
  • Annual plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date.
  • Free tier: You may close a free account at any time with no obligations.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or data. To request permanent deletion of your data, contact us separately at admin@winnoventures.co.in.

4. Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with Winora. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • 7-day money-back guarantee (new subscribers): If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This applies once per account.
  • Monthly plans: After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle after cancellation.
  • Annual plans: If you cancel an annual plan after the 7-day window, we will consider prorated refunds for unused complete months at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors: If you have been charged in error or charged twice, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate or erroneous charge. Please report such issues within 30 days of the charge.

Refunds are not available for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the applicable window:

Please include your registered email address, the transaction ID or invoice number, and the reason for your refund request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

Refund mode: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet). Processing time is 7–10 business days from the date of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is under review. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.

7. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase via email. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date after the notice period expires.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
