Full-Stack Engineer
We're looking for a full-stack engineer to help us build and scale Winora. You'll work across the entire product - from real-time chat infrastructure to AI-powered features - using Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years experience with TypeScript and React
- Experience with Next.js App Router and server components
- Comfortable with PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM
- Understanding of real-time systems (WebSockets, SSE)
- Strong product instincts - you care about what ships, not just how it's built
AI / ML Engineer
You'll own Winora's AI layer - from intent detection and suggested replies to knowledge-base retrieval and LLM fine-tuning. We want someone who can move fast, ship production AI features, and iterate based on real support data.
What we're looking for
- Experience building production LLM pipelines (RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning)
- Python proficiency - you can prototype fast and hand off clean code
- Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source model APIs
- Experience with vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, or similar)
- Strong grasp of evaluation frameworks and prompt engineering
Product Designer
Join as our first design hire and shape the visual and interaction language of Winora. You'll own everything from wireframes to final polish - working closely with engineers and talking directly to customers.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of product design experience at a SaaS company
- Proficient in Figma - you can go from sketch to high-fidelity fast
- Strong understanding of design systems and component thinking
- Experience designing data-dense dashboards and real-time UIs
- Comfortable with front-end fundamentals - you know what's easy vs. hard to implement
Customer Success Manager
Help our customers get the most out of Winora. You'll manage onboarding, run regular check-ins, and be the voice of the customer internally - feeding insights back into the product roadmap.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of customer success or account management at a B2B SaaS company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with technical concepts - you can explain webhooks without breaking a sweat
- Experience with CRM tools and support platforms
- Genuine curiosity about customer problems
